Become a licensed bail bond agent
take the FSAA 120-Hour Pre-Licensing Course (Bail Bond Qualification Course). The FSAA is the oldest provider of the Florida bail bond qualification course. This intensive classroom course is taught by licensed bail agents, County Sheriff Deputies, Lawyers and CPAs.

The FSAA offers a bail bond certification course every 3-4 months in Tampa or Orlando,. Course dates are posted as soon as they are available. Please continue to check this page for updates.

Make sure you will qualify for a bail bond agent license. You may also get started on the correspondence course that is required in addition to the 120-hour classroom course. Call the University of Florida at 1-800-327-4218 to order your book - reference "INS 3 - Bail & Bail Bond Insurance in Florida".

COST: $600.00 ($50.00 discount available for FSAA member-sponsored students). Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds after first day of class. A $100.00 administration fee will be charged on all cancellations. DEADLINE TO REGISTER 9/09/08.

Required class materials to be brought by student to the first day of class: three-ring binder, pack of notecards to make flash cards, spiral notebook.

Directions to Roche Surety: Take I-75 to Brandon Exit 51 (State Road 60). Go West on State Road 60 until you reach Orient Road (approx. 2 ½ miles). Turn right on Orient Road and follow to 1910 Orient Rd. (just past the jail on the left). You will see a brown sigh with "Roche Surety". Classroom is located in the rear in the coral-colored stucco building.
